Sunflower oil, vegan capsule (non-gmo, corn starch, carrageenan, glycerin, sorbitol, purified water), medium chain triglycerides (MCT).

Это как??? )))) "Country Life® нашла решение для тех, кто придерживается вегетарианского или веганского образа жизни - 1 мягкая желатиновая капсула в день." Бугага )))))

Я не веган, но покупаю их, так как растительная форма витамина D3 самая эффективная.

Не понятно, внутри капсулы жидкость. Но в любом случае пить лучше вместе с жирами. Я пью с омегой или с семенами льна.
