Здравсвуйте, подскажите, пожалуйста, в одном видео про витамины сказали, что соя (содержащаяся в этом коктейле) блокирует усвоение витаминов. Для нас это важно! Даю сыну (прописан протеин). Но вместе с этим реализуем витаминно-минеральную схему. Спасибо.
